Kelli Hudson, Executive Director Stoney Brook Senior Living
In her leadership role, Kelli’s goal is to ensure residents of Stoney Brook communities in Belton, Copperas Cove and Hewitt have the opportunity to experience the finest environments senior living has to offer. She brings with her an understanding and respect of the home town atmosphere and uniqueness that makes each community its own special place. Kelli attended the University of Kansas at Lawrence. She is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. |

Kelli has over 18 years of senior housing and hospitality experience. Prior to joining Stoney Brook, Kelli served as Executive Director for Independent, Assisted and Memory Care communities throughout Texas. In addition, Kelli has extensive experience in marketing, community relations and business development.
Your Food Service Director, Chef Ara Yauk, was classically French trained in Austin, Texas. He spent the last fifteen years refining his skills at well known local restaurants including Cheeve's Brothers Steakhouse and Sorge's Italian Restaurant. He likes to say that his cooking style is a little Mississippi delta, a little Old Europe and a whole lotta Texas. He loves to discover new things; new foods and new techniques. "Some chefs can be a little snobbish, not me...I've learned some of my best cooking tips from ladies at church potlucks." Ara lives in Temple, TX with his wife Miriam and three children Christian, Allegra and Aurora.
Robert (Bill) Jandt, Maintenance Director for Stoney Brook of Belton originally from Sequin, Texas has recently relocated to Belton Texas to become part of the Stoney Brook family. He has two sons Christian and Cody who are a big part of his life. Has over 15 years of experience in maintenance, built custom homes for eight years, has worked in Maintenance for Nursing Homes and has a wide variety of this experience. He is ready to start his journey at Stoney Brook with the team.
Phyllis Chism was born and raised in Magnolia, Arkansas. She graduated from Magnolia High School in 1984 and went on to earn a degree in Sales and Marketing from Oil Belt Vo-Tech in El Dorado, Arkansas, in 1988. In 1998, Phyllis was led into the medical field while preparing to take on the responsibility of caring for her father, the late Melvin Williams. Her love, compassion, and desire to care for others caused her to become certified as a Restorative Aide, Phlebotomy Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Aide, and earn an associate's degree in Medical Assisting. Phyllis has been married to her husband, Gerrand, for 20 years. Gerrand is a First Sergeant in the United States Army, and they call Killeen Texas, "home." Together, Gerrand and Phyllis have 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
